Decentralized ventilation with heat recovery

Installation versions

The number of units required depends on the number and area of the rooms to be ventilated. Thanks to the high airflow of 100m³ per hour, large rooms can also be ventilated and vented using a device. The units can be used in all rooms, even in kitchens, bathrooms or toilets. A second room can be easily connected via a ventilation flat channel. The user can individually set the required air volume for each room, either directly on the unit, or with a remote control.

The decentralized housing ventilation with heat recovery from melts automatically ensures the correct ventilation in the living room. For this purpose, the ventilators are installed on the inside of an external wall. Through the wall two pipes for supply air and exhaust air lead to the outside. The pipes are concealed on the outer facade with stainless steel connections. Space-consuming and complex pipelines with silencers, such as in a central system, are therefore not required, which makes installation much faster and simpler.

The motors and the device itself are controlled by state-of-the-art electronics, which ensures that your M-WRG device is not only extremely economical but also powerful. The devices work almost silently so that they can be used without problems in the bedroom. The M-WRG units have an automatic anti-frost protection which reliably prevents icing of the heat exchanger at ambient temperatures below zero degrees and ensures a stable operation. When the appliance is switched off or power is cut off, the shutters are automatically closed to prevent the occurrence of drafts and the uncontrolled entry of cold air. All components are designed for a long life, among other things by using corrosion-resistant materials. All M-WRG units are TÜV-approved and approved by the German Institute of Construction Technology.

Exhausted air is extracted from the rooms via a fan and fed to the heat exchanger. A second fan sucks fresh air from the outside and blows it filtered through the heat exchanger. There, the spent air and the fresh air in the crossflow are passed separately to one another through the aluminum plates of the heat exchanger. The heat is transferred from the warm to the colder side. The cooled, exhausted air is led to the outside and the heated fresh air flows into the living room free of draft.

In order to ensure a high air volume flow even under unfavorable pressure conditions (eg by wind), two radial fans are used. These are powered by powerful and energy-efficient DC motors.
