THE UNITS OF OUR COMFORT VENTILATION SERIES M-WRG-II

ENTHALPY OR PET HEAT EXCHANGER

Both heat exchangers work on the principle of cross-countercurrent and are characterized by a high level of heat recovery (WBG up to 91% or 94%). In this heat exchanger, the channels are designed in such a way that the air flows are exactly opposite. This guarantees the highest possible degree of heat energy exchange. In winter, the highly thermally conductive plates transfer the heat from the exhaust air flow to the supply air flow. The cooled exhaust air is discharged to the outside as exhaust air. In summer it is the other way round, the warmer, inflowing air is cooled down. Ventilation units of the M-WRG-II E series are also equipped with the functionality of moisture recovery (enthalpy).

operation on the device

OPERATION ON THE DEVICE

The basic version of the ventilation unit is equipped with 5 ventilation levels / programs that can be set using the control membrane on the left side of the unit. The LEDs integrated in the buttons indicate, among other things, an upcoming air filter change or a fault on the device is displayed.

OPERATION VIA CABLE

With the InControl touch sensor operating variant, one to five ventilation devices (with a suitable interface) can be controlled simultaneously in a room. If the devices are also equipped with humidity or CO2 sensors and are in these modes, they will ventilate independently of the central control if the threshold values are exceeded. The InControl push-button version requires hard wiring and is therefore particularly suitable for new buildings.

WIRELESS OPERATION VIA RADIO / APP

The wireless operation offers a high degree of freedom in terms of the fact that there is no need to lay cables from the control unit to the ventilation unit or where the control unit is placed in the room (e.g. accessibility). This operating variant is perfect for retrofitting / renovation, but can of course also be used in new buildings.

APP
Comfortable control of the ventilation units M-WRG-II and M-WRG. You have the greatest possible degree of freedom with regard to all operating variants.

EXTERNAL RADIO SENSOR HUMIDITY
Control unit with 5 ventilation levels / programs including humidity sensor for the demand-controlled operation of the ventilation units. With the desired flexible arrangement of the battery-operated sensor in the room or for retrofitting devices without sensors.

EXTERNAL RADIO SENSOR CO2
Control unit with 5 ventilation levels / programs including CO2 sensor for demand-controlled operation of the ventilation devices. With the desired flexible arrangement of the sensor in the room (230 V connection required) or for retrofitting for devices without sensors.

4-WAY RADIO BUTTON
With LED feedback for wireless operation of the ventilation unit. The wireless pushbutton is very well suited for subsequent assembly or barrier-free living.

RADIO REMOTE CONTROL
M-WRG-FBH Comfortable operation for one to six ventilation units in one room. This solution is of interest for new builds and subsequent installation in renovations, where time-consuming and costly cable laying should be largely avoided.

BUTTON SENSOR INCONTROL
Touch comfort and easy operation for one to five M-WRG-II P-T / E-T or M-WRG-S / Z-T devices in one room. Fixed values for humidity and CO2. Wired solution for new buildings.

BUS SYSTEMS

The central operation of decentralized ventilation devices by means of a bus system is particularly attractive for larger properties in new buildings (senior and student dormitories, hotels, etc.). The devices can be monitored, set or parameterized and remotely serviced from a central point.

More about bus systems >

M-WRG-II E / P-S 485
Up to 250 ventilation units per line can be centrally controlled via an RS-485 network. The visualization and functionality of central operation, demand control, time programs, display of operating status / fault messages / filter change display is carried out with a touch screen PC and the Touch Control.

Modbus
In addition, the ventilation unit has a Modbus circuit board, which enables central control via the Modbus RTU protocol. A Modbus RTU master is required on site for this. The devices can be connected to other BUS systems such as KNX or Loxone via additional interfaces.
