Online updates for Meltem comfort ventilation system

Always the latest version

Safety and efficiency are the primary directive in HVAC systems. The same applies to the operating software, which should always be kept fully updated. With the comfort ventilation units from Meltem, changes and updates can be easily downloaded to the units using the online update.

This requires the units to be operated using the Meltem app. Comfort ventilation units constructed from 2020 onwards can be easily connected and operated with the app via existing routers and the Meltem gateway. If enabled by the user, remote maintenance can be started via the gateway and the cloud to provide assistance or implement special requirements.

Individual settings that require special technical knowledge can be downloaded by Meltem’s technical service. They can check the performance and values of each individual ventilation unit online, make adjustments and rectify possible errors. Many requirements can be specifically implemented in this way.

For comfort ventilation units constructed from 2024 onwards, the software can now be updated and upgraded to the latest version. This means that comfort ventilation units are always using the very latest software and so can be controlled efficiently.

Only the user name and password for the app are needed for online access via the manufacturer. Changes to the unit settings can then be updated automatically via the software update.

Firmware updates – such as improved humidity control or faster motor activation – can thus be rolled out within a short time frame.
